    2. Proposal and Concept Development

    • Create and send a detailed event plan with concept, timeline, and budget.

    • Produce a comprehensive event schedule.

    • Include venue sourcing, logistics, transport, accommodation and registration setup and management.

    4. Budget Management

    • Monitoring and management of the event costs through a detailed cash flow.

Venue Events Consultation Package

We will use a hands on approach to offer experience, ideas, advice and guidance.

  • 1. Initial Consultation

    • Introduction call to understand your goals, audience, budget, and expectations

    2. Pre-Event Preparation

    • Hold an initial meeting with the events team or individual to understand the event details, goals, and current plans.

    • Review documentation, go through the event schedule, layout, supplier list, and any other relevant documents.

    • Identify focus areas, pinpoint key areas where my expertise will be most benefit to the team and event.

    3. On-Site Consultation

    • Shadow the events team, be present during setup, the event itself, and breakdown.

    • Provide real time solutions, offer immediate feedback and problem-solving as issues arise.

    4. Post-Event Review

    • Debrief with all stakeholders, discussing successes and improvements.

    • Submit a report, provide a brief report with our observations and recommendations.

  • £350 for a half day session - number of days are dependant on the brief given to me from the venue.

Freelance Support Package for Larger Event Management Agencies
