Growing their Clique Club membership and ensuring long-term revenue growth.

Objective

To help grow the Clique Club membership by implementing new sales and marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new face to face meetings and enquiries, while also focusing on upselling to existing Clique Club members. The goal is to ensure long-term monthly revenue growth, making this service sustainable by 2025.

1. Market Research and Analysis

  • Competitor Analysis: Assessed competitor offerings to identify unique selling points for the Clique Club.

3. Upselling Strategies for Existing Members
